F.A.Q.

  • A minimum 3 month commitment is required for all training packages. Three months is a great timeframe to instil new habits and start seeing changes.

  • As a client, it is important that you are prepared to fully invest yourself into your program. You will need to give solid effort in your workouts and be intentional with nutrition and habit tracking. It is imperative that you communicate with your coach and provide open feedback to ensure that you are on the absolute best path to reaching your goals.

  • For personal training, there could be two coaches working at the same time with one client each. During Small Group Personal Training, there is a 6:1 client to coach ratio - so six clients, and one coach.
